Welcome Reception

Don’t miss a minute of the fun! Come enjoy the ambiance of one of the most famous places on earth-Coney Island, New York! Imagine the Astroland Amusement Park as you sit in a roller coaster car for a picture. The kids will enjoy carnival games, face painting, balloon artists, and more! Eat some popcorn, cotton candy or a candy apple. Take part in the hoopla of a pie or hotdog eating contest! But don’t ruin your appetite through because dinner promises to be yummy! Enjoy a NYC style dinner with buffet station of all types of food. This event has been discounted by more than half thru fundraising efforts of the 2009 NYC Committee. Registration is required.

July 4th Celebration Experience -  an old fashion American celebration of the Fourth of July. Enjoy a fun filled afternoon with live musical entertainment, street performers, and great activities for the kids, and a real outdoor barbecue with delicious BBQ food-right here at the hotel. No need to bus or walk to a picnic location. After the party stroll a few short blocks to the East River waterfront to view the NYC Fireworks Spectacular on your own. The evening continues with dancing under the stars from 9pm-1am. Registration is required.
